Hailing from The South Bay Los Angeles, Dino Capaldi creates sculptural ceramic works that evoke the coastal landscape of that area. Drawn to the materiality and history of ceramics, his work sits astride conventional and abstract forms. He received his B.A. in Art from UCLA and did his Post Bachelorette work at California State University, Long Beach.
