The Design Museum exhibitions change each quarter. The museum, in
the Department of Design at UC Davis, also highlights
undergraduate and graduate student work during spring quarter of

The UC Davis Design Museum opens its 2026-2027 season with
Connecting Threads (together): Textile Works by Lynn
Setterington which opens on Sept. 29 and runs through Nov.
20.
Collaboration is at the heart of textile making and this idea is
explored in a display of work by UK based artist Setterington.
Through textiles the artist challenges contemporary issues in
society and how stitch can be used to commemorate people and
communities.

Village Homes: A Radical Plan celebrates the 50th
anniversary of an innovative west Davis community.
Curated by Professor Timothy McNeil and guest curator Adrienne
McGraw, the installation showcases the vision, concepts, and
development behind the project and its goals. The exhibition has
been extended through June 19 in the UC Davis Design
Museum.
Cruess Collective is the 2025 undergraduate
exhibition highlighting the versatility and creativity of
the Department of Design, as shown through the outstanding course
work produced over the past year by senior undergraduate
students.
