The COWS calendar
system can be used to find and reserve available rooms within the
Art Groups buildings.
Browse rooms and dates to see what rooms are available at the
time and date you need, then log in to request a reservation or
view the status of your request. Scheduled classes
always have first priority of use.
The COWS calendar is
intended primarily for Arts users. Most spaces may only
be reserved by users affiliated with one of the arts departments.
Exceptions are the Main Theatre in Wright and the Wyatt Theatre,
listed with CEVS and reservable through their
system (see below).
Most student clubs and groups may not reserve Art Annex
107. Please read the room use policies for complete details.

Reserve Theatres via Campus Events
To reserve space in the Main Theatre in Wright and the Wyatt
Theatre, go to CEVS and follow their
instructions to make a reservation. You can check
availability by choosing “Theatre and Dance” as the building
name, or contact Theatre Manager
