Seminar, Lecture and Meeting Room Usage Agreements

General use guidelines and restrictions
Keys: If your space requires a key for access, you can obtain one from the Business Office staff (170 Everson) from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. A $10 deposit may be required. For keys to Wright Hall rooms, see the Production manager in 126 Wright Hall.
Minimum Reservation Length: 30 minutes
Hours available: 8 a.m.-10 p.m., unless otherwise noted
Rooms may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis whenever available. Each group that uses the space will be responsible for monitoring the safe and clean use of the space. This includes sweeping, picking up the trash left behind by your group and placing all equipment and furniture back in their original places.
Cancellation Policy: Please submit a request to cancel a reservation that you no longer need, up to an hour prior to the start time. Room reservations are void fifteen minutes after the hour if the person who reserved the room is not present. If a room is empty, you may occupy that room until the end of the hour.
Art Annex 103 – Mac Lab (Cinema and Digital Media)

- Priority: Officially scheduled classes and seminars taught by Cinema and Digital Media (CDM) faculty.
- Priority: Students enrolled in CDM classes.
- Priority: Other students.
- Priority: CDM faculty use for other instruction (independent study, projects).
- Priority: Other Arts department or TAAG meetings or training requiring computers, as approved by CDM Program Director.
Facility description and details
Hours available: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (only when staffed, except by
special arrangement).
Location: 103 Art Annex, first floor of Art Building Annex.
Area: 1102 sq. ft.
Maximum Capacity: 25
Details: Configured as computer lab for teaching. Used primarily
for Cinema and Digital Media classes.
Equipment: Mac computers (24 student, 1 instructor station),
Wifi, projector (no screen).
Art Annex 107 – Main room (Cinema and Digital Media)
- Priority: Officially scheduled classes and seminars taught by Cinema and Digital Media faculty (including Freshman Seminars).
- Priority: Officially scheduled classes and seminars taught by other Arts faculty (including Freshman Seminars).
- Priority: CDM guest lectures and events.
- Priority: Other Arts department lectures and events, as approved by CDM Program Director.
- Priority: TAAG staff lectures, meetings and events.
- Other HArCS group meetings, lectures and events, only when approved by CDM Program Director and/or CAO.

Location: 107 Art Annex, first floor of Art Building Annex.
Area: 2598 sq. ft.
Maximum Capacity: 130
Details: Configured for large class or lecture. Used primarily
for Cinema and Digital Media classes, Art lectures, and
events.
Equipment: Wifi. Screen, projector, sound system, lights.
(Projector available subject to approval.)
Art Annex 112 – Seminar room (Cinema and Digital Media)
- Priority: Officially scheduled classes and seminars taught by Cinema and Digital Media faculty (including Freshman Seminars).
- Priority: Officially scheduled classes and seminars taught by other Arts faculty (including Freshman Seminars), as approved by CDM Program Director.
- Priority: CDM faculty meetings and small guest lectures.
- Priority: Other Arts department or TAAG meetings (faculty, staff, graduate students).
- Priority: Other group meetings, as approved by Program Director and/or CAO.

Location: 112 Art Annex, first floor of Art Building Annex.
Area: 307 sq. ft.
Maximum Capacity: 20
Details: Configured as conference room. Used primarily for
CDM
Equipment: Phone for conference calls, projector (available to
Arts users only), pull-down screen, Wifi.
