Jonathan Sprague was born in Berkeley, California. He spent his formative years in a small town in the sprawling farmlands of the Central Valley of California. After learning the ropes of country life, he went on to study Applied Art and Design at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. Jonathan has traveled extensively through his work as a portrait and landscape photographer. His recent work explores the bond between man and nature, abandonment and growth – human’s impact on transforming landscapes.
