Terry Berlier
Art Studio Visiting Artist Lecture Series
Terry Berlier, who received a MFA in studio art from UC Davis in 2003, is an interdisciplinary artist who works primarily with sculpture and expanded media often including kinetic, interactive and sound based elements and focused on everyday objects, the environment and queer practice.
Berlier has exhibited in solo and group shows at the Contemporary Jewish Museum of San Francisco, Catherine Clark Gallery, San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art, Stanford University, Kala Art Institute Gallery and San Francisco Arts Commission Gallery. Berlier is an associate professor and director of the sculpture lab in the Department of Art and Art History at Stanford University.
