Submitting Portfolios

Instructions about Portfolio/Work Management

Please refer to the portfolio requirements listed on the graduate program’s website to ensure that you are submitting the appropriate number of images/videos/documents/etc. required for evaluation.  Portfolio pieces can be uploaded now or after submitting your online application.

When you have uploaded a piece, please click on the “Edit Details” hyperlink to provide the following:

• Title
• Year
• Size/Dimensions
• Medium/Type of Work
• Description

To edit the order of your portfolio pieces, simply drag and drop the thumbnails in the appropriate display order.

Instructions about How to Upload/Edit materials

All materials must be uploaded as you want them to appear in your digital portfolio.  If a material uploads incorrectly or needs alteration, you should delete that item and upload a correct version.  There are no editing abilities within this system and all portfolio items must be edited outside of the application.

Note: You should NOT include your personal website link in this portfolio.  You may add your personal website later in the application on the “Supporting Materials” page.
