Christina Acosta writes and edits the music concert programs for the department ensembles and noon concerts. She is the managing editor (since 1986) of the UC Press musicology journal 19th-Century Music and also works as a freelance editor for Oxford University Press (Opera Quarterly and Leo Baeck Yearbook). She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the music department at San Francisco State University.
