Lecture/discussion—4 hours. Prerequisite: course 144B. Daoist practices of movement and their relation to daoist philosophy, explored through work in dance laboratory conditions. Integration of practice with conceptual analysis, and critical philosophy around values and ethical action. May be repeated two times for credit when content or instructor varies and if student progression is required.
