New performance works at the University of California, Davis,
examine war, sex, technology, cross-dressing and more. The pieces
by UC Davis Department of Theatre and Dance master of fine arts
students will be presented in two unique and dynamic programs of
original theatre, dance and storytelling with the umbrella title
“Point of Departure.”
Performances run April 7 – 12 on the UC Davis
campus. Admission is free, but there is a suggested donation
of $5.
The arts at UC Davis are in full bloom this quarter with a
special emphasis on work by students, many of whom are
finishing final projects for graduation.
