Each month we feature a different student majoring in Design at UC Davis. See individual posts for current work and accomplishments of these student designers and read about their career plans and hopes.
Cindy Pham is a visual designer who specializes in user interface, experience, brand development, and product development and design. The roots of her passion stem from her fascination with storytelling through visual arts and interactive digital experiences.
As a student of Design and Art History ‘17, I seek a versatile career in design, one of the largest majors in the college of Letters & Sciences. I am always trying to get out of my comfort zone that has become Cruess Hall. After changes of majors, flopping through some engineering courses, and binge watching TED talks for inspiration, I decided I should stick to design and make the most of the hobby I have always had.
Anaiste Reynoso studied art at the NYC Art Students League prior to her current education at UC Davis as a Design and Cinema & Digital Media major. She aspires to be a major motion picture production designer and her main practice has been in marking and production design.
She strives to approach every project with a sense of excitement and works to create a fun and professional environment with every design team member’s participation. Her main objective for every project is to turn good design into a profitable business.
I am an undergraduate student pursuing a B.A. in Design and Communication at UC Davis with an emphasis in graphic design. I focus on brand identity development and marketing in the hopes of creating a better visual understanding of organizations and their vision and values. I am foremost a designer and photographer, but also an avid aquatic enthusiast and dedicated Odesza fan.
