William Meckstroth

Will has been passionate about the world of design and storytelling since their early high school days. After completing their undergraduate studies, they have worked in the Architectural Lighting Industry in the Bay Area before joining the Design Department at UC Davis. He aims to create spaces that inspire and comfort the wider public. Their current research focuses on accessible lighting control devices and systems for those with disabilities. In his off time, he enjoys playing tabletop role-playing games, collecting vintage gadgets, and spoiling his two senior cats.
