Professor Burnett on teaching about tea

Professor Katharine Burnett presented a paper at the Syncretism of the Tea and the World symposium in Hangzhou, China on November 26. She discussed “Tea Research, Teaching, and Outreach through the Global Tea Initiative at UC Davis” at  The UC Davis Global Tea Initiative for the Study of Tea Culture and Science, for which Burnett is the Founding Director, was one of the sponsors of this event which ran from November 25-27, 2022.
