Professor Burnett at Asian Food Study Conference

Professor Katharine Burnett participated in the latest Asian Food Study Conference with her talk on ”How Do We Know When Culture Crosses the Border? The Case of Sino-Viet Teapots before 1700.” She presented (online) at the panel, Tea Drinking: History, Ceremony and Arts in the conference which took place in Hangzhou, Kusatsu from December 11–12, 2021.
