New show at Axis Gallery features alum

“Material Handling,” a new group show at Axis Gallery in Sacramento, highlights paintings, textile-based works, sound sculptures, installations and drawings by John Cristello, Anne Garvey, Esther Marie Hall, Laura Sanford and alum Josh Short (M.F.A., ‘09). Tavarus Blackmon (M.F.A., ‘18) curated ”Material Handling” which will be on view from July 2 to July 31.
