This exciting annual undergraduate festival mounts
student-written plays selected from the previous year, which are
then developed by student dramaturges, directors, actors
designers and production crews. This season’s one acts are:
The Readers by Joe Ferreira: A man struggles to attain his dream
life leaving us to wonder whether our innermost thoughts and
desires are the best guide to creating our future or are some
things better left unknown.
When Marcelli Met the Dream Maker by Carolyn Duncan: A young girl
deals with the trauma of war through her writing only to find
that her stories may hold the key to life and death.
A Piece of Water by Julie Friedrichson: As reporters investigate
an abandoned apartment, a photograph and a dusty cello reveal an
unexpected history of an ordinary space
THIRDeYE Theatre Festival runs November 5-9, 2008, in Wyatt
