Professor Shiva Ahmadi will visit the Detroit Institute of Arts to dicsuss her art practice which borrows from the artistic traditions of Iran and the Middle East to critically examine contemporary political tensions. Her presentation, which will be onsite Thursday, March 31, 5:30-7:30 pm, is part of the FAAC/FMCA Artist Talk and Reception series.
