Faith Sponsler, MFA 2017, is the first recipient of the Keister & Allen Art Purchase Prize. The award is a purchase of a student’s artwork for the collection of the Jan Shrem and Maria Manetti Shrem Museum of Art.

The award was announced at the opening of the “from this point forward” graduate student exhibition June 1.
