Design Students in Show at the Bodega Marine Laboratory + Reserve
“Nicrocosms: Studies on Scavenging and Renewal,” a group show sponsored by the Bilinski Fellowship, features the work of design graduate students Ofelia Viloche Pulido and Alejandra Ruiz Suárez. “Nicrocosms” is an outdoor group exhibition showcasing the work of 9 artists engaging with themes related to the life history and ecological research on a scavenging beetle present at the site.
Artists include: alumni Emily Gordon (M.F.A., art, ‘22) and Kelley O’Leary (M.F.A., art, ‘22), Michele Burr, E. Saffronia Downing, Emily Goyins, Rosemary Holliday Hall, Ryan Hodge.
“Nicrocosms” will be on view Friday, June 16 from 3-7 pm, and Saturday, June 17, from 10 am-2 pm. at the Bodega Marine Laboratory and Reserve.
