Alum Manuel Fernando Rios featured in Comstock’s Magazine

Alum Manuel Fernando Rios (MFA 2011) is featured in a recent article in Comstock’s Magazine, a monthly Sacramento-based periodical.  Manuel shares his experiences as a working artist and art instructor in the time of COVID-19 “Art Exposed: Manuel Fernando Rios.”
