The UC Davis Department of Design’s Computer Studio is a
multimedia instructional computer lab located in 207 Cruess Hall.
This facility is NOT an IT campus lab and does not have the
capacity to serve the multimedia computer needs of the entire
campus.
Its primary purpose is to provide the department’s students,
faculty, and staff with a high-end multimedia instructional
computing facility for teaching desktop publishing, photo
scanning and editing, computer graphic design, textile and
fashion design, and web page development.
Studio hours vary quarterly. See current schedule of open access
hours below. Access is limited to enrolled students during
scheduled classes.
