What are your office hours?

We are open from 9-12 and 1-4 for student advising. We are available to faculty and staff from 8-12 and 1-5; please knock if the door is closed.

Who gives out CRNs and PTAs to students so they can add my class?

Artoffice@ucdavis.edu can provide students with CRNs (Course Reference Numbers). 

PTA (Permission to add) requests must be submitted through the PTA Request Form. Email, paper, and verbal requests will not be accepted.

Who schedules courses?

The Undergraduate Program office takes care of this. Please contact the designated person for your program or department, listed here.
