How do I hire a Reader for one of my courses?
After getting your chair’s or director’s approval (including the number of hours authorized), speak to Rachelle Agundes (752-8710) in the Graduate Program Office; she will process the appointment.
How do I hire a graduate student to help with research?
Rachelle Agundes (530-752-8710) or Marian Bilheimer (530-754-6973) can help you. Please remember there are numerous policies surrounding graduate student employment. Be sure to let them know as early as possible who you would like to hire, since it may be necessary to request one or more exceptions to these policies
Who can assist graduate students with career services?
The Campus Internship and Career site is available to graduate students to assist with academic job searches, CV preparation and more. There are also resources here that faculty mentors can use to help their students.
