FAQs
I have a Merit review next year. How do I find out what I need to do?
Talk to Kim Pearson, our Academic Personnel Analyst. She will help you with the process.
Where can I read my teaching evaluations?
Student evaluations will be available in the Academic Personnel Office. If you e-mail either Kim Pearson or Martha Clark-Garrison in advance, they will have them ready for you to review.
How do I find out my Sabbatical credit balance?
The Academic Personnel Office can help you; ask either Kim Pearson or Martha Clark-Garrison. Also, the request for sabbatical leaves comes out in January each year. At that time you will receive an e-mail from Kim requesting your sabbatical plans for the following year.
I’m planning to be away for a few days; do I need approval?
If you will be away for up to seven (7) calendar days your Chair or Director can approve the leave; however, eight (8) or more days will require the approval of your Chair/Director, the Dean and the Vice Provost. See our HR forms page for the required forms for both absences.
