Shiva Ahmadi, associate professor of art, will participate in a panel discussion “A Bridge Between You and Everything: Iranian Women Artists in Conversation” at New York University on November 4. It is in conjunction with an exhibition that includes her artwork at the High Line Nine Galleries organized by the Center for Human Rights in Iran and curated by Shirin Neshat, and “Modernisms: Iranian, Turkish, and Indian Highlights” at NYU’s Grey Gallery. Ahmadi also has work in an exhibition at the Rubin Museum of Art in New York.
