Sofia Del Pedregal (M.F.A., ‘22) has been invited to participate in the 21st International Biennale “Petit format de Papier” which is organized by the Musee du Petit Format d’Art Contemporain in Nismes, Belgium. The BIennale will held at the Centre Culturel Action Sud in Nismes from September 3-October 2, 2022, and Musée de l’Ardenne in Charleville-Méziéres, France from October 9-December 31, 2022.

Artists receive an invitation by mail to artists selected by a committee. The artist then return their work by post. The exchange process involves trust and freedom — the works are guaranteed to be exhibited without any post-selection. Additionally, the logistics of art by mail pre-determines a simple and contained format. Artist must submit work on paper within the dimensions of a DIN A4 size sheet (approximately 8.25 x 11.7 inches).
