Alums in show at the Bodega Marine Laboratory + Reserve
“Nicrocosms: Studies on Scavenging and Renewal,” a group show sponsored by the Bilinski Fellowship, features the work of alum Emily Gordon (M.F.A., ‘22) and Kelley O’Leary (M.F.A., ‘22). “Nicrocosms” is an outdoor group exhibition showcasing the work of nine artists engaging with themes related to the life history and ecological research on a scavenging beetle present at the site. Artists include: Michele Burr, E. Saffronia Downing, Emily Gordon, Emily Goyins, Rosemary Holliday Hall, Ryan Hodge, Kelley O’Leary, Ofelia Viloche Pulido, Alejandra Ruiz Suárez.
“Nicrocosms” will be on view Friday, June 16, 2023, from 3:00–7:00 pm, and on Saturday, June 17, from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, at the Bodega Marine Laboratory and Reserve.
