Mercy Hawkins featured in Sacramento News and Review

Mercy Hawkins (M.F.A., ‘21) was recently featured in an article in Sacramento News & Review. In Casey Rafter’s “U.C. Davis grad to embark on prestigious art residency, national showcase,” Hawkins reflects on her upcoming residency at the Headlands Center for the Arts, her acceptance to New American Paintings and graduating during a COVID pandemic.
