MyUCDavis

At MyUCDavis you’ll find resources arranged by tabs. Just log in with your UCD login and Kerberos password. On the home page, see campus calendars, training options, arts and entertainment, class and library information, weather, and news. You can easily customize the information so you have access to systems you use often, including:

  • Business links (DaFIS DS, KFS), MyTravel, UCDBuy, SmartSite, Facilities, and more.
  • Financial resources including AYSO (benefits, tax withholding, earnings statements), Direct Deposit, and Retirement savings. 
  • Links to staff jobs, computing information and security, TAPS, Unitrans, campus map, UCD Bookstore.

Academic and Staff Assistance Program

Available to all UC Davis faculty, staff and families, the Academic and Staff Assistance Program (ASAP) offers free, confidential counseling, self-help resources and referral services. Whether the problem is work-related or personal; administrative or individual; career or relationship focused; ASAP can assist you in recognizing and resolving the problem.

The Pregnant Scholar Online toolkit for university students, faculty and administrators on pregnancy and parenting. While policies, rights and responsibilities for staff are well understood and properly implemented, there has been much less information readily available for other members of the campus community. This website was created by the Center for WorkLife Law at UC Hastings College of the Law (San Francisco).
