Luka Vergoz (M.F.A., ‘23) has been awarded a 2023-2024 Headlands Graduate Fellowship.

The Headlands Center for the Arts Fellowship Program provides support to recent, promising studio art M.F.A. graduates in partnership with seven Bay Area academic institutions: California College of the Arts, Mills College at Northeastern University, San Francisco Art Institute, San Francisco State University, Stanford University, University of California, Berkeley, and University of California, Davis. The program is unique in the country for addressing this critical juncture in an emerging artist’s career, providing opportunities for professional development and a chance to define their practice outside of the academic context.

Joining Luka at Headlands will be Dance Doyle (CCA), Tianzong Jiang (Mills College at Northeastern University), Leonard Reidelback (San Francisco State University), Oleg Savunov (Stanford University), and Samuel Wildman (UC Berkeley).
