Whitney Vangrin (M.F.A., ‘22) will premiere a new performance at The Lab in San Francisco on Friday, Mar 1.  Whitney’s performance — “Breath into Doe” — is featured alongside performances by Robbie Trocchia and Nicki Duval, and Sebastian Rios-Sialer. ”In “Breath into Doe,” Whitney’s performance embodies somatic principles, metaphorically suggesting life-saving measures by breathing air into yeast dough via surgical tubing.

Whitney performed at The Lab last year for a performance as part of the 2023 Headlands Center for the Arts Graduate Fellows exhibition.

The performances start at 8:30 pm; doors open at 8 pm. Tickets are required.
