Alum Sofia Lacin (BA ‘08) and her collaborator Hennessy Christophel, who form the group Studio Tutto, completed their latest mural “Hills on Fire,” large-scale mural at Blackman Cruz, a renowned design showroom in Hollywood.

Layering native plants (sticky monkey flower, black sage, oaks, toyon and California fuchsia) with thick grey-yellow smoke and hills rimmed with glowing fire, their mural speaks to the runaway wildfires in the West.
