Professor Katharine Burnett  traveled to Taichung, Taiwan in early December to present papers at two symposia at National Chung Hsing University. Professor Burnett gave the keynote address, ”Researching on Tea through the Global Tea Initiative,” at the Foodscapes of the Anthropocene: Risk, Justice, Conviviality symposium on December 6 and another keynote address entitled “Partnering as a Research University with the Global Tea Initiative” at the 2019 Asia Pacific Tea Symposium on December 7.
