Abby Green is a third year music performance major at UC Davis, and is thrilled to be starting her third season with the UCDSO. She has been studying the flute for 12 years, and has performed in many ensembles throughout the Bay Area including the East Bay Youth Band, the Berkeley Youth Orchestra, and the Young People’s Symphony Orchestra, with which she toured to Australia and New Zealand in June of 2008. Abby studied the flute with Leslie Chin before coming to UCD, and is currently a student of Tod Brody.

Aside from playing the flute, Abby loves skiing, backpacking, camping, kayaking, knitting, Harry Potter, Star Wars, and her cat Pepper.
