One of UC Davis’s highest priorities is the safety of its students and all members of its community. UC Davis prohibits all forms of sexual harassment and sexual violence, including sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, and stalking. Such conduct violates University policy and may violate California law.
We use the COWS calendar reservation system for room reservations in the Arts. Browse rooms and dates to see what rooms are available at the time and date you need, then log in to request a reservation or view the status of your request. Note that scheduled classes always have first priority of use.
Watch the training video and learn how to find available rooms for meetings, dance practice, performances, seminars and more. View details about each facility below to help you find an appropriate room.
Please note: The COWS calendar is intended primarily for Arts users. Most spaces may only be reserved by users affiliated with one of the arts departments. Exceptions are the Main Theatre in Wright and the Wyatt Theatre, listed with CEVS and reservable through their system (see below).
Most student clubs and groups may not reserve Art Annex 107. Please read the room use policies for complete details.
Reserve Theatres via Campus Events
To reserve space in the Main Theatre in Wright and the Wyatt Theatre, go to CEVS and follow their instructions to make a reservation. You can check availability by choosing “Theatre and Dance” as the building name, or contact Theatre Manager Megan Kimura for information.
Practice rooms are available for Music majors and non-majors. Sign-ups are available on the bulletin board outside the main Music Department office, 112 Music. Practice room sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis, for up to two hours per day. If a student fails to show up for a reserved practice room by fifteen minutes after the hour, the room is available to anyone for the remainder of that hour.
