Bay Area Undergraduate Art History Research Symposium

This event gives outstanding undergraduates from Bay Area institutions working in all areas of art history – from antiquity to 1970s New York, from the Czech Republic to Mumbai, India – an opportunity to present their research.
Catherine Serou (UC Davis Design Major, Art History Minor) will
be
giving a paper on “Dancing Maenads: Group Identity and the Body
in the
Bacchae and Greek Vase-Painting”.
Come along to hear a fascinating set of papers from young
scholars and to meet other students and faculty from across the
Bay Area. Participating institutions include USF, Santa Clara
University, Sonoma State, and Stanford University.
