The Department of Music presents Jazz @ UC Davis: Fall on Thursday, Dec. 1 at 7 p.m. The performance features jazz charts from the American Songbook in the big band tradition, with featured selections by smaller combos. Directed by Sam Griffith, the concert includes “Nica’s Dream” arranged by Michael Phillip Mossman, “Jump Down Spin Around” by Mike Holober, “Just Friends” arranged by Rob McConnell and “Hello and Goodbye” and “Skylark” both arranged by Bob Brookmeyer.
