Seeking Proposals for Theatre and Dance Performance Festival
Spring 2018

Students interested in participating in the Theatre and Dance Performance Festival, scheduled for June 7-9, please follow up by answering the following questions below and submitting to David Grenke, Theatre and Dance chair. 

1. What are your primary disciplinary interests (Performing Acting/ Dancing, Directing, Designing costume, scenic, lighting, Playwriting, Choreography, etc). List as many as apply.

2. The works created for the festival are considered capstone projects for the DRA 145 class and related capstone projects for other Theatre and Dance courses. Please identify the Theatre and Dance courses you identify as part of the developmental process of the work proposed.

3. The Performance Festival course will meet either MW 4:10-6pm or Noon -4pm Friday. Please indicate which of these slots is available for you.

Required guidelines for eligibility:

Minimum Six (6) hours of rehearsal time per week.

Relative techniques class (or faculty oversight) enrollment during the quarter. (ie, enrolled in dance or acting technique class, etc)

Available for ALL tech. rehearsals

Available for ALL show calls

Willing to work collaboratively in support of multiple works

There will be an informational meeting to address any proposal questions/concerns this Friday, April 6 Noon-2pm in Wright 222.
