Incumbent will provide supervision and financial management for the shop, museum and related technical services provided by staff in the Arts. Serve as resource for management of course materials fees accounts and shop accounts for all departments in the Arts. Provide support to the teaching and research activities. Maintain facility and supplies for Design Department instruction and act as safety officer for the department. Assist faculty members with their classroom needs as it applies to the curriculum being taught during the quarter. Supervise shop services student assistants, coordinate and schedule the use of the facilities.
