“Textiles and Fashion from China to California: An International Symposium” brings together experts to engage in a wide-ranging dialogue traditional Chinese fashion, textiles and sustainability, Chinese inspiration for Western design and state-of-the-art technology in textiles. There will also be an exhibition of textiles and fashion.

Keynote speaker: Yoshiko Iwamoto Wada, textile, artist, researcher and author

The symposium will be held in the Alpha Gamma Rho Room of the Walter A. Buehler Alumni Center at UC Davis.
