Michael Goldberg, guitar, has toured throughout the United States as part of the Alma Duo, an ensemble of violin/viola and guitar, and is also a longtime member of the Left Coast Chamber Ensemble, a group devoted to contemporary music performance. He has also been featured with the Philharmonia Orchestra of London, Philharmonia Baroque, Santa Rosa Symphony, Festival Opera, Berkeley Symphony, Composers Inc., Empyrean Ensemble, San Francisco Girls Chorus, Diablo Valley Ballet, and many other Bay Area groups. Goldberg teaches at UC Berkeley, UC Davis, the California Jazz Conservatory, and maintains a private teaching practice in Berkeley.
