Granada Artist Kirsten Brandt Triumphs at Utah Shakespeare Festival

Fall 2016 Granada Artist-in-Residence Kirsten Brandt, who directed “The Trojan Women” at UC Davis, has delivered a wickedly funny and vibrant “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” for the Utah Shakespeare Festival at Southern Utah University in Cedar City. Running in repertory through October 21, the highly praised production is set in the 1920s featuring Erte-inspired sets and costumes.

Brandt’s staging has received unanimous acclaim from reviewers in the intermountain west including the Las Vegas Review-Journal, The Salt Lake Tribune and St. George’s The Spectrum.
