The Basement Gallery is accepting submissions via email for “She Persisted: The Art of Protest.” The deadline for submissions is midnight Feb. 26. The exhibition is scheduled to open Mar. 8

Continuing the momentum of the recent and hugely successful international Women’s March, the Basement Gallery hosts a show honoring protest and resistance. This exhibition is an International Women’s Day Art Show. 

Submit up to three art works to submit2BG@gmail.com include name, description and medium(s). In addition, protest signs and memorabilia donations can be dropped off and left on the table outside the Basement Gallery which is located on the lower level of the Art Building.
